Rocket League

CSU Rocket League put in work this week as multiple games were played. The CSU Rams Rocket League team played two games this week as they easily dispatched the University of New Mexico 3–0 early in the week. Their next game they unfortunately fell to Loyola Marymount in a hard fought 1–3, loss, but they will look to bounce back quickly this week. The CSU Rams team wasn’t our only rocket league team to play this week however, as the CSU Gold team played a tough match against Cal State San Marcos. They put up a great fight but they also suffered a 1–3 loss. CSU Gold RL will continue their season as we head into next week. Now onto this week’s Rocket League Play of the Week check out this crazy clip!

CSGO

Your CSGO Rams were also in action this week as they took on local rival Denver University. In a crazy series the teams split the first two maps making the third map a winner take all situation. Map three came down to the wire with Denver University squeaking out a 16–14 win which secured their 2–1 series victory. CSGO is all smiles this week however, as they were invited to play in Team Skyline’s CSGO League Season 4. The tournament has a solid 600$ prize pool which ensures we will keep you updated as your CSU Rams CSGO team attempts to go the distance.

Valorant

Valorant was another game that had action this week as the CSU Valorant Rams took on Illinois Chicago. Our Rams fell 0–2 but the series score is certainly an unflattering one as both maps were quite close. They will continue the grind next week as they play Tamu 12th so make sure to keep a close eye out for that one!

Rainbow 6 Siege

Rainbow 6 Siege was no exception to the onslaught of competitive games that CSU Esports experienced, as all three of their teams played this week. CSU R6 Rams as well as CSU R6 Gold were able to pull out W’s in their matchups while CSU R6 Green fell just short of pulling off a trifecta of wins for all three teams. Moving on to this week’s R6 Play of the Week I think you can guess who’s responsible for this one.

Call of Duty

Call of Duty was one of the few games that didn’t have any competitive games but they made sure to get a bunch of work in. Here is a play proving that your Call of Duty teams are ready for action.

League of Legends

League of Legends is slowly making progress towards having a complete team as we are almost there. If you are interested in playing competitive League of Legends DM Darlow#3146 on discord. We are still taking any role to help fill out our roster so we can start playing some games!
